Ensure You Are One of the Main Stakeholders
This form is intended to be filled out by key stakeholders such as CEOs, Directors, Presidents, or Co-founder Leaders. Confirming your status as a main stakeholder is crucial as it grants the authority to make legal and financial decisions during the incorporation process.
Provide Accurate Information
Accuracy in the information you provide is vital. This includes the correct spelling of full names as they appear on identification documents, accurate addresses, and other personal details. Errors in this data can lead to delays or complications in the business incorporation process.
Corporate Name Structure
Your corporate name must consist of three parts: a distinctive element, a descriptive element that identifies the nature of your business, and a corporate suffix (e.g., Inc., Ltd., or Corp.). The distinctive element should be unique to ensure your company stands out, while the descriptive part should clearly indicate the industry or service you provide. For instance, "SolarTech Renewable Energies Ltd." clearly communicates that the business operates in the renewable energy sector with "SolarTech" as a unique identifier and "Renewable Energies" describing the business focus.
Alternative Name Choices
When providing alternative names, ensure that the descriptive element is not repeated with the same distinctive element. Remember, the corporate suffix (e.g., Inc., Ltd., Corp.) does not affect the validity or availability of the company name. Therefore, choose only one preferred suffix as it is indifferent when validating the availability of your company’s name.

Business Billing Address
Every Canadian business must be registered at a physical location within the chosen province. For digital businesses, your home address can suffice if you reside in Canada. However, if you do not live in Canada, a local physical address is still required for registration. Please note that if you choose to proceed without securing a Virtual Business Address, you must ensure that you have access to a valid Canadian address, as it is mandatory for incorporation purposes.
Shareholder Communication
During the incorporation process, we will use the official company email provided to register the business in the desired province. The amount invested by each shareholder will be reflected in the shareholders' agreements we will prepare and provide for signature. If your company does not already have an agreement, or if the existing one needs adjustments to comply with provincial regulations, we will assist with that.
Shareholder I as Main Contact
The primary point of contact throughout this process will be the Shareholder I listed in the form. This shareholder will be invited to our CRM system to monitor progress and communicate with our team.
Description of Primary Business Activities
The field "describe your primary business activities in 50 words" should be filled with as much detail as possible. It is more important to reach at least 50 words than to stay under the limit, ensuring the description accurately reflects your business scope.
